I had no idea how to go about finding the right place.  My Mom's retirement community manager recommended Kelly.  What a godsend she has been.  She met with us and asked about our desires, then arranged tours with several facilities that aligned with our plans.  We wanted a facility that would accept ALTCS after my Mom exhausted her money down the road, and I expected to be picking the best from a set of facilities I didn't really like.  We liked the first one so much we didn't even go visit the rest.  Kelly negotiated a better deal for us with the facility than what they typically offer.  My Mom has moved in and loves it, it is better than where she lived independently.  Kelly is still following up with us to make sure things are working out, and asks us if there is anything else she can do for us.  What a special person she is!

I was called with in hours to get more information on my mom and want I was looking for. Jenni was with me from start to finish. She not only found/gave me a list of memory care facilities, but she scheduled tours and was by my side as my advocate! She made me feel at ease in trying to find the best place for my mom. When we found the right place she was there helping me move my mom in and even checked in a week or so after she was all settled! If i could give 10 stars i would! My brother and I were new to the process of getting our mom into a safe and friendly environment, with the medical needs she has to have. Kelly took care of all that not one time, but two times. The second time was over 6 months later and, because of unforeseen circumstances on my part, Kelly worked and took care of everything just as she did the first time. Highly recommend Kelly. After my Mom fell down stairs and suffered a terrible injury with 2 broken legs, my Family was faced with a very difficult situation and I was overwhelmed by all of the steps and logistics to find a safe place for to her to live with the care she needed. And then I was connected with Dustin Baker, who was literally an Angel sent from God.  Dustin helped me figure out and sort through every detail from finding the best facility, to ordering needed medical equipment, coordinating the move, and then continuing to be there for me and my Family. Dustin clearly understands the process (one that I knew absolutely nothing about), he’s well connected in the area, he is professional, knows people, is incredibly responsive, resourceful, and above all - he understood the stress and the emotion that me and my Family were dealing with. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have been connected with Dustin and Assisted Living Coordinators. That company sent a list of homes and never offered to show us properties. Our frustration led us to Kelly through a referral.  Kelly made the process to move my mother-in-law to a group home easy as possible.  She showed us over 6 homes and pointed out the pros and cons of each home that would affect my mother-in-law.  Her knowledge and patience were best in class.  After over 3 months we contacted Kelly to learn about hospice.  Once again Kelly gave us suggestions and helped us with choosing a hospice program.
